Footprints Newsletter

Good Friday Morning All!
Did you have to shovel yourselves out of that hail storm yesterday!?  Wow, I thought it would never end!  Hopefully the sun comes out and stays out all weekend!
This Sunday, we hope you join us for a special service honoring our deceased military members for Memorial Sunday.  The service will be lead by Rev. Tamara Boynton from the Rocky Mountain Conference UCC and we hope you can come and give her a warm welcome.
In this week's newsletter, you will notice a job opening for Director of our preschool.  Despite what you may think or have heard, our preschool will be open for business this August and we are very excited to get things underway by hiring a new staff.  If you know of anyone who may be qualified for this position, please pass this on!  Also, VBS is only two weeks away!  Please find out more about how to register your child, or what you can provide to help the kids have the best experience possible.
All this and more, inside your Footprints.  I hope you have a wonderful weekend, and please remember those who have served and died for our country.  God Bless our Military and the U.S.A!

Footprints Newsletter

Good Morning!
What a gorgeous day it is!  It's about time we get to enjoy some warm sunshine.
Attached is this week's Footprints newsletter.  This Sunday is Graduation Sunday!  What a special time for our graduates, whom we have seen grow up in our church.  It's amazing how fast time flies once children begin their journies in school.  Congratulations to each of them!  After service, please come down to Hardesty Hall for some food to celebrate their wonderful achievement.
Also,VBS is fast-approaching! We have a list of donations that are needed, so please see the list inside on what you can do to help.  Registration information is also included in this week's newsletter.
Have yourselves a fantastic weekend, enjoy the beautiful weather and we will see on Sunday!

Footprints Newsletter

Good Morning Everyone,
I hope everyone stays away from ladders, black cats and broken mirrors today because it's Friday the 13th!  This whole week seemed to reflect such bad luck, but I like to stay positive to know that there is always light at the end of the tunnel.  Stay strong, stay positive and pray.  Sometimes God has other plans, even if they weren't the ones we planned.  We just have to trust in Him.
Attached is your weekly newsletter.  Coming up next Thursday is our Lunch Bunch at Red Lobster, so mark your calendars and join in for some good food and company.  Also, our annual Vacation Bible School is just around the corner!  Please see inside for details and how to register your child(ren).
And please don't forget our special graduates this year.  We will be celebrating them next Sunday, May 22nd on Graduation Sunday!  How exciting!
I hope you ALL have a fantastic weekend and we will see you on Sunday!!

Footprints Newsletter

Good Morning!
And what a fine morning it is!  I hope you have the chance to get out and enjoy this gorgeous day before we get some showers, possibly, this weekend!
We have a couple announcements. First, the Spring Work Day tomorrow has been postponed to a future date, so please check your emails for when the date will be announced.
Secondly, if you are still available tomorrow, "Black Forest Together" will be helping seven property owners in Sylvan Meadows Subdivision (off Ayers Road and Goodson Road) to drag/carry slash to chippers and trailers with the help of any able bodies from 8:30 to about 4:00 p.m.  So please consider coming out to help.  This is part of their continuing effort to help people affected by the fire and BFCC has been trying to get involved in that effort. If you go, please let them know you are from our church. If you have any questions contact Donna Arkowski at darkkorch@msn.com or
–  Tom Putney, Missions

We have some other important events going on in our church, so be sure to read up this week's Footprints Newsletter.  Don't forget, this Sunday is Mother's Day!  We hope you can join us to celebrate all mothers, in all capacities, here on earth or in heaven this Sunday.

Have a fantastic weekend, and kids, don't forget to treat your mom extra special this Sunday and every day!
